Client Experience & Booking Policies

Welcome to your sanctuary 

We’re honored to be a part of your skin journey. To maintain a peaceful, elevated experience for every client, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies before booking.

Booking & Deposits

To reserve your appointment, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This secures your dedicated time within the sanctuary.

Deposits are non-refundable

Deposits will be applied toward your service total

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to make changes:

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a fee up to 100% of the service cost

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service

Late Arrivals

To preserve the flow of the sanctuary:

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation fee

Refund Policy

All services are final sale.

Due to the nature of our treatments:

We do not offer refunds on services rendered

We do not guarantee results, as outcomes vary based on individual skin conditions and home care

If you have concerns, please reach out within 48 hours so we can support you.

Client Responsibility

Your results are a partnership 🤍

By booking, you agree to:

Provide accurate health and skin information

Follow all pre- and post-care instructions

Disclose any contraindications (medications, skin conditions, pregnancy, etc.)

Failure to do so may affect your results and/or ability to receive certain treatments safely.

The Sanctuary Aesthetics reserves the right to:

Refuse or modify services if contraindications are present

Decline treatment if it is not in your best interest or safety

Our treatments are designed to support healthy, radiant skin, but:

Results are not guaranteed

Multiple sessions and proper home care may be required

Skin healing is a journey, not an overnight transformation

To maintain a calm and private environment:

We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests unless approved in advance
