Due to the nature of professional skincare, we maintain the following return policy to ensure product integrity and client safety.

All Sales Policy

All retail purchases are final sale.

This includes:

Skincare products

Tools and accessories

Digital products (guides, ebooks, etc.)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or purchase

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly:

Replace the item, or

Offer store credit if a replacement is unavailable

Product Reactions & Sensitivities

We understand that every skin journey is unique.

However, due to hygiene and product safety standards:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products

We are not responsible for reactions if products are not used as directed or without a professional consultation

We strongly recommend consulting with your esthetician before trying new products.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped

In-Store Purchases

All in-person purchases are also final sale.
